Q: What is your current turnaround time?
A: Our turnaround time is 2-3 business days for ready-to-ship items, 2-3 weeks for Made to Order items, and varies for preorders depending on fabric provider. While most pre-orders will be completed within our standard turnaround time, some fabric suppliers take as much as 16 weeks to get the materials to us. This will be further described in each listing for preorders.
Q: What are your business days?
A: Our business days are Monday - Friday, 8am-9pm EST. During these times, we will take orders, ship, restock inventory, and respond to inquiries. We do observe standard US holidays. During times of sales, we will add in additional times as-needed to meet our turnaround time goals.
Q: How do I go about a custom order?

Q: I got a shipping notification, but it hasn't updated yet. Why is that?
A: Packing slips and shipping labels are printed as items are completed. This helps us organize orders in times of viral promotions or sales. In the case of having multiple items in your order, you will receive the shipping notification ahead of the mailing drop off. You should receive an update within 3 business days. If not, please email us at info@turnerandcrew.com for further assistance. Please note that holidays do mess with UPS and USPS and may limit tracking updates.
