Refund policy
Returns
Turner & Crew offers a 14-day return policy on most products. See below for exceptions. Returns that miss the 14-day window are subject to owner discretion.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, with the exception of pre-orders. When a pre-order is cancelled before the close of the pre-order cycle, the order will be refunded in full. If the order is cancelled after the close of the cycle but before the fabric has been delivered to Turner & Crew, there will be a 20% fee deducted from the refund. No cancellations are available after the materials have been received by Turner & Crew. All delivery timeframes will be explained within individual listings.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom, pre-orders, lingerie, sale items, or gift cards. Made-to-order items from our standard size charts are able to be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items should be in new, unused condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available as long as the item does not fall into the exceptions/non-returnable items category.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the applicable refund has been processed. It could take up to 10 business days, on average, for your credit card processor or bank to return the funds. Please note: your refund may be declined if the item was returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
