Shipping policy
Our current turnaround time for made-to-order items is 2-3 weeks. Pre-orders are subject to the timeframe set by the fabric distributor and will exceed this time period. Pre-order turnaround times will be heavily notated in the product listing.
All items will be shipped via the customer's chosen shipping method. Free shipping will be the least expensive insured shipping possible, meaning the carrier is not guaranteed (it may be UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on area). Shipping will include reasonable insurance to cover the cost of the order in the case of a complete loss of product.
- Turner & Crew is not responsible for customs or broker fees.
- We will not process refunds on orders returned to our shop due to refusal of delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once a label has been printed.
